01 / Why we exist
The work outgrew the tools.
Every CA firm we met ran on the same patchwork: an accounting package, spreadsheets, the GST portal, the income-tax portal, TRACES, a DSC utility, email and a WhatsApp that never stops. Most firms juggle 7 to 12 tools that don't talk to each other.3
The work keeps growing: more returns, more notices, more clients who expect an answer at ten at night. Hiring more people is not the whole answer, and nobody should take the signature away from the professional who carries the liability.
So we built one platform where AI does the reading, matching, drafting and chasing, and your staff do what only they can: judge, advise and sign.
