02 / AI inside

Agent Rekon reconciles. Your staff approves.

Agent Rekon

GST AI

Reconciles 2B and IMS and proposes ITC reversals.

Agent Rekon reconciles the purchase register with GSTR-2B every month, from the 14th. It matches invoices exactly and then within tolerance, proposes near-pairs for a person to confirm, works out how much ITC can be claimed now and how much is at risk, and drafts follow-ups to suppliers whose invoices are missing. The ITC position goes to your staff for approval.

  1. 01Reconciles 2B and IMS against the purchase register
  2. 02Proposes ITC reversals for review
  3. 03Works out DRC-01B and 01C exposure before the notice

Also on the crew

Agent Gus

GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B

A portal-ready GSTR-1 from the sales register, and the GSTR-3B worked out.

Agent Gus prepares a client's monthly GST returns, or quarterly for QRMP filers. It turns the sales register into a portal-ready GSTR-1 and flags every row that would fail on the portal, then works out GSTR-3B: output tax, ITC from GSTR-2B, set-off, interest and late fee. It suggests HSN or SAC codes for items without one. A person reviews, files and pays.

Agent Annie

GST annual return

GSTR-9 and 9C, with every difference from the books explained.

Agent Annie prepares the annual GST return, GSTR-9, and the reconciliation statement GSTR-9C for each GSTIN. It rebuilds the year from the returns and books, compares ITC claimed with GSTR-2B, finds items corrected in next year's returns, drafts a reason for every difference, and works out any tax payable through DRC-03. The CA certifies, signs and pays.

Agent Irwin

E-invoice and e-way bill

Generates, extends and cancels them, and matches them to GSTR-1.

Agent Irwin handles e-invoices and e-way bills. For each invoice it decides whether an e-way bill, an e-invoice, both or neither is needed, builds and validates the data, and generates them through the official APIs once the firm has given a standing authorisation or approved the batch. It handles vehicle updates, extensions and cancellations, and reconciles them to the sales register and GSTR-1.

Agent Lou

LUT and GST refunds

Files the export LUT and tracks each refund to sanction.

Agent Lou files the annual export LUT and prepares GST refund claims. It checks eligibility and time limits, suggests the refund ground for the user to confirm, computes the claim from invoice-level workings, produces the statement in the portal's template, drafts the reply to any deficiency memo, and tracks each claim to sanction. The user signs and submits.
